Insight Global Freight Forwarding Sales Executive in Milpitas, California

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics and ensuring timely delivery of equipment to our client he position will identify, target new business for the company and establish relationship with new customers

  Identify and target potential business opportunities

  Establish and maintain successful relationship with customers

  Prospect for potential customers using various methods such as face to face visits, phone calls, and networking.

  Conduct presentations and prepare quotations to customers

  Propose and follow new sales directions and projects

  Build and update contract rates for different customers and services on a regular basis

  Regularly contact potential and current customers to increase volume or market share

  Work closely with operation team and overseas agents to develop a collaborative relationship to ensure customers satisfaction

  Meet or exceed sales threshold/quota as defined by the company

  Analyze sales and profits to generate strategic actions

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree and 3+ years outside business to business sales experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience is plus.

  Previous international logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred.

  Established presence in the market place preferred.

  Must have a proven sales track record in business development.

  Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required. null
