Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Technician (Night)

Hours: 12-hour shifts | Alternating schedule: work Monday & Tuesday off Wednesday & Thursday, work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (off every other weekend | 7 pm-7am

Location: Millville, NJ

Salary: $58k-$62k/yr.

Duration: Direct hire

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Technician Job Duties:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and machinery

• Analyze, problem solve and think strategically to solve equipment issues and find the root cause by observing mechanical devices in operation

• Disassemble and re-assemble machinery and/or equipment, using power and hand tools

• Complete preventative maintenance requirements on pumps, motors, pneumatic tools, electrical systems, and production machines; by following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions

• Work with operations on a daily operation to continuously improve teams

  Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Technician Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of VFD’s, PLC’s, HMI interfaces Highly desired

• Ability to fabrication a work a plus

• Welding, erecting, creating

• Ability to run manual Mill, Lathe. Surface grinder desired

• Able to troubleshoot 12v to 480v systems

• Minimum of 5 years Maintenance work experience
