Our company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our facilities in top condition. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems, and providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, groundskeeping, roadways, structures, automotive, and irrigation systems

Identify, anticipate, and prevent problems in facility infrastructure using your experience and expertise

Inspect equipment for proper operating condition and complete all necessary documentation

Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary repairs

Collaborate with the department to plan repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals as needed

Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician

Assist with the cleaning and upkeep of facilities

Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all internal and external customers, including company personnel, customers, and vendors

Perform other related duties as assigned
