DIRECT SERVICE PROVIDER - MILLS RIVER

PART-TIME

$18/HOUR for CN and $20/HOUR for SE

We are currently seeking someone to provide Community Networking Services at $18.00 per hour and Supported Employment services at $20.00 per hour for 27 hours per weekfor a

male with social and behavioral challenges in the Mills River area. These services will be provided Monday through Friday and are daytime hours only.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Valid Drivers License with Current Vehicle insurance
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to independently travel to assigned locations as needed
• Able to work flexible hours according to the needs of the services and individuals
• Previous experience preferred
