Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

3rd Shift: Sun-Fri 10:00PM - 6:30AM

Location/Division Specific Information:
Millersburg, PA Single-Use manufacturing locations.
How Will You Make an Impact?:
Working side by side with the manufacturing team to help support on time delivery of product with the highest quality. You will be responsible for ensuring product and process compliance is sustained during manufacturing.
A Day in the Life:
Complete first piece, in-process, and final product visual inspection in a face paced manufacturing area
Use measuring tools to complete dimensional testing of product
Document with detail all inspection activities in appropriate areas of the batch record including verification of labels and critical machine settings
Review and verify environmental control documentation every day
Ensure that operations personnel uphold standard operating procedures and appropriate clean room conduct
Closely and carefully adhere to outlined standard operating procedure and work instruction documents
Responsible for controlling non conforming material when non conformances occur during manufacturing
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Maintains consistent order and organization
Understands the usage of basic measurement tools
