Description

GMC Prep School announces an opening for Elementary PE teacher for the 2025-26 school year. Georgia Military College Prep School is a K - 12th grade public, independent, military, college-preparatory school with a mission to develop the intellect and elevate the character of the 850+ students we serve.

This position is for a full-time faculty member who will teach Elementary PE to all Kindergarten-5thgrade students, approximately 360 students. This position also includes coaching sports/sponsoring after-school activities. The teaching position is full-time with a 10-month (190-day) contract and comes with a state-based salary, State Benefits, and membership in TRS.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:A current teaching certificate in the state of Georgia or the ability to obtain one within 3 years.

Preferences: Teaching experience in Elementary or Middle School PE/Health
