Terex Corporation Program Development Manager in Mill Creek, Washington

Job Description: Position Title: Program Development Manager Location:Bothell, WA Reporting to: Director Product Management & Engineering, Global Parts On-Site/Hybrid/Remote:Hybrid This position manages new program development activities for Terex AWP Parts & Services (replacement parts for our equipment), supporting new and existing product offerings, and providing excellent support to our customers. Specifically, the candidate must: Fully support the Terex AWP (Aerial Work Platform) sales department regarding products, product performance, markets, pricing, and competition. Demonstrate excellent information processing and communications skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Fully understand and embrace the short and long term vision of Terex AWP Fully understand Terex AWP's multi-functional business and work as a team member with all functional areas of the company. Additional Responsibilities: Manage the development of new product offerings by defining program scope, coordinating product development activities, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, and supporting implementation processes. Manage New Product Development (NPD) activities between the machine engineering team, program management, and parts product management. Manage machine rationalization and end-of-life tasks with parts engineering, sourcing and product management teams. Conduct market research to analyze competitor and customer trends. Support marketing collateral development. Perform data analysis to support reporting processes and research product trends and opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position and the Enterprise. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing; or MBA A minimum of twoyears of engineering or marketing experience Knowledge of business financials, business principles, and business processes Strong project management skills Strong focus on customer responsiveness Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, prepare and deliver formal presentations Strong data analytical skills Understanding of the manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, financial, and product support process Well-developed problem-solving skills Time management skills Influencing skills The salary range for this position is $80,500 - $100,000 USD. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
