Shift: The hiring manager is willing to consider either Weekend Day or Night shift Weekend Day Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:30 am - 6:00 pm Weekend Night Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:30 pm - 6:00 am Reporting Relationships: TheDeburr Technicianwill report to the Operations Manager. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Understand, adhere, and demonstrate the company's commitment to safety and quality Maintain regular and punctual attendance according to shift times or a pre-arranged work schedule With minimal to no supervision, perform all levels of hand finishing tasks such as edge breaking and employing a number of different deburr tools and media to achieve specified surface finishes on a number of different materials Utilize a number of inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, profilometers, etc. Follow instructions and directions given by their immediate lead, manager, or senior machinist Ensure the scheduled cycle time to deburr a scheduled product vs. actual time taken to deburr a product is being completed under set cycle times or meet scheduled cycle times Ensures tools are operating in a safe manner, following all safety protocols and guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of related experience; experience in a heavy manufacturing environment preferred Knowledge, skill, and ability to meet expectations for required competencies including: 1) safety, health, and environmental awareness, 2) business ethics and compliance, 3) technical/professional competence and quality/time management, 4) interpersonal relations and communication skills, 5) initiative, flexibility, innovation, and adaptability, 6) continuous improvement and problem solving, and 7) pl
