Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Director of Operational Excellence and Quality. This role will be responsible for leading a team of partners with a focus in process excellence, industrial engineering, and quality assurance. As part of the Engineering group, it will be responsible for working directly with operational leaders, overseeing projects, and driving innovation in process efficiency across all field locations.

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 3+ years of experience managing a team to achieve high level results

• Proven experience working with Operational Leadership to drive results

• 5+ years in process improvement and/or operational excellence

• Ability to travel domestically as well as internationally.

• Drivers License
