What You’ll Do: As the Operations/Site Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing our daily operations and guiding a talented team of 18 across various departments, including Sales, Technical Support, Accounting, Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Service. You’ll work closely with our Senior Leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance performance, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Ensure daily operations align with our goals and objectives.

• Sales Operations: Drive profitable sales strategies and manage P&L effectively.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate on short and long-term sales plans that drive growth.

• Performance Improvement: Identify and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Leadership Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.

• Experience in sales operations and strategic planning.

• A keen eye for market analysis and revenue generation.

• Technical knowledge related to our highly specialized products (don’t worry—you won’t need to be a product expert!).

Salary range: 100k+ anually
