Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Milford, New Hampshire. This role is vital in our company's financial department, where you will be responsible for managing and processing transactions and expenses. This position is deeply involved in the industry's financial procedures, such as account reconciliation, data entry, and invoice coding.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the processing of all invoices in a timely and efficient manner

• Conduct account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in our records

• Utilize your skills in data entry to maintain and update our financial database

• Execute tasks related to coding invoices, ensuring all details align with company procedures

• Use your knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and record-keeping

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions when required

• Collaborate with the team to ensure all financial deadlines are met

• Ensure all financial data privacy rules are followed throughout the workflow

• Contribute to the team with your skills in accounts payable

• Assist with other accounting projects as needed. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or a similar position

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as Coding Invoices and Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing is essential

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and data management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is desirable

• Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
