Your role in our future:

As Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for driving the success and strategic direction of the PLS Sales & Operations organization through advanced reporting and actionable insights.

Your profile:

  • Create and produce ongoing routine reports for the business, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.

  • Translate reporting into actionable insights, going beyond just presenting the numbers to drive strategic decisions.

  • Write and run MySQL queries to generate reports, ensuring accurate data extraction and manipulation.

  • Leverage current AI technology to enhance reporting and insights, identifying opportunities for automation and advanced data analysis.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the primary drivers of each type of revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses, continually adapting understandings as new products and business verticals are launched.

  • Leverage accumulated knowledge to assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Prepare key sections of a monthly operations report and assist in the development of new reports as needs arise.

  • Perform ad hoc analyses, employing a creative approach to solve each analytic request's goals.

  • Work with the finance team to ensure the latest projections are loaded into the overall financial forecast model. Research and understand material variances, seeking information to adjust model assumptions if needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales, finance or operations experience required.

  • 3 years' experience in sales and/or operations analysis with the ability to spot new trends and perform detailed investigation to confirm the underlying causes of emerging trends.

  • Deep experience and understanding of Salesforce.

  • Proficiency in MySQL for writing and running queries.

  • Knowledge in the python programing language as it relates to data and reporting.

  • Advanced excel and power point skills absolutely required.

  • Organized working style, ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, multitask and stage workload to meet overlapping deadlines.

  • Adept at extracting data from multiple systems and integrating into one report.

  • Strong communicator, written and verbal.

This position has a target base salary of:

$100,000.00

and annual commission target of:

Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
