The Fairbanks Local School District has an opening for a cook in the high school cafeteria for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a contracted position working 5.5hrs/day (27.5hrs/week) and is considered full-time.  Job duties include cooking, serving, prepping, cleaning and completing daily paperwork. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and expect to be on their feet for a majority of their daily shift. Applicants must pass an FBI/BCI background check and become ServSafe certified upon hire.
