Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $23.18.

Join Our Team as a Production Finishing Operator!

Location: Milan, OH

Shift: Off-Shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. OR 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)

Starting Pay: $24.18/hr., with potential earnings up to $27.14/hr. through our Pay for Skills Program.

What You'll Do:

  • Safety First: Embrace a culture of safety by adhering to our comprehensive safety protocols.

  • Development: Complete departmental training programs and upskill yourself with pay increases as you learn different positions within the plant.
  • Expand Your Skills: Dive into hands-on training where you'll learn to operate essential machinery, including cranes and tow motors. This is your chance to gain valuable skills that enhance your career!
  • Get Involved: Opportunities to join our Safety and Engagement Committees and/or become an integral part of our Emergency Response Team. Contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork while making a real difference in our workplace.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to use various tools safely
    • Ability to read and understand work instructions
    • Basic math skills
    • Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
    • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and the leadership team
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
    • Ability to use hand tools, tape measurer
    • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and sometimes dusty environments.
