We are seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer to join Zions Bancorporation. The IAM Engineer plays a key role in providing production support for the Identity and Access Governance tool, SailPoint. Additionally, they would play a key role in managing longer term initiatives like upgrades, patching and system lifecycle management.

The Identity & Access Management Engineer will:

  • Ensures resolution of incidents of medium and high complexity in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, configuration guidelines and service level agreements for applications.

  • Utilizes process knowledge to effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with ETL processes.

  • Make minor modifications to systems when required.

  • Interfaces with Business Units, Service Desk, IT Infrastructure personnel, Operational Analyst, and Business Analyst, to ensure problem is resolved.

  • Assists in developing/revising policies and procedures for supporting new and ongoing applications.

  • Coordinates and participates in any analysis, testing and quality checks centered on the resolution of process issues.

  • Support other projects as and when required.

  • Available for 24/7 on-call rotation.

  • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

  • 4+ years Identity Management experience.

  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ preferable

  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management Process design and/or implementation.

  • General technical knowledge of network connectivity, integration, configuration, and protocols.

  • Must be proficient in authoring and contributing to technical design documents.

  • Demonstrable skills in problem resolution, data gathering, requirements definition, analysis, & design.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Ability to read and understand SQL queries.

  • Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, engineering or related field. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications

    Location:

    This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.

    The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus will be the company’s primary technology and operations center.  This modern and environmentally friendly technology center will enable Zions to continue to compete for the best technology talent in the state while providing team members with an exceptional work environment with features such as:
