What You'll Do: * Counter Sales and Customer Service * Handle all related queues including remote order entry * Order entry, quotes, order followups, issue resolution * Warehouse environment, warehouse activities * Stocking, cleaning and merchandising counter and surrounding area * Participation in sales, product and team meetings as requested * Order pulling and staging * Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring: * Excellent customer service skills, in person, over the phone, or via other media * Experience with Solar Eclipse * Self-motivated * Aggressive, outgoing, team player * Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) EPEC * Previous counter or customer service experience * Professional appearance Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Standing all day, able to lift 50+ lbs. * Counter area /showroom, warehouse * Frequent computer and phone use * Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required * Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance Why work for Codale Electric Supply?
