Hard Skills

• Experience with land development—residential and/or commercial

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and produce plans and specifications

• Firm understanding of all aspects of site development

• Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations

Soft Skills

• Ability to write effective reports and correspondence

• Strong communication skills

• Embraces teamwork approach

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Midlothian, Virginia.

Work Environment

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in-office. Family-oriented culture that is team-focused. Collaborate across disciplines and offices to achieve goals. Current team consists of one senior engineer, one mid-level engineer, and one entry-level engineer, with plans to expand.
