Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Revenue Clerk in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations within our oil and gas industry. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate records, processing revenue data, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter revenue data into WolfePak, ensuring all entries are correct.

• Perform regular scans of checks to maintain a digital record.

• Assist in deposit preparation and execution.

• Handle incoming phone calls, providing assistance where necessary.

• Help prepare binders for tax season, ensuring all necessary information is easily accessible.

• Format spreadsheets to improve clarity and ease of use.

• Assist with additional projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Review and validate oil and gas revenue check details in WolfePak.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Requirements • Possession of at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Familiarity with WolfePak software

• Experience in document Scanning

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
