Trillium Staffing Solutions Finance Manager in Midland, Michigan
Trillium staffing is now hiring a Finance Manager for Direct Hire in Midland, MI!
Salary is $70,000 a year. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.
Essential Job Duties:
-Finance Department Management: The primary duty involves overseeing the operations and personnel in the Finance Department, including supervising up to 6 employees, hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
-Financial Reporting and Auditing: Generate monthly financial and payroll reports, conduct internal audits, manage general ledger, CMH, and ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations. -Prepare for and participate in annual audits.
-Contract and Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensure revenue collection, manage contract requirements, and provide financial guidance to the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
-Educational Requirements: Prefer a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (BA, BBA, BS) and two years of relevant accounting experience is a must, will look at experienced without a degree.
-Management Experience: Previous administrative and management experience, including supervising staff, performance evaluation, and conducting training.
-Technical Skills and Certifications: A valid Michigan driver's license, along with the ability to manage audits, financial reports, audits and payroll processes.
-SAGE software preferred, must have ability to navigate software easily.
