Job Overview

The Integrated Marketing Analyst will help develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, ABM (Account Base Marketing) programs, and projects that align with Digital Data Networks' business goals and priorities globally. He /She will work closely with engineering, sales, product management, and external agencies to develop and measure strategic marketing tactics and campaigns that help drive business results through qualified lead generation and improved sales. This includes event management, communications, PR, advertising, collateral, social media, and the development of content and positioning of solutions across the business. This role will collaborate with marketing colleagues globally and help establish processes and policy that will help go-to-market efforts and team efficiency and actively engage regional stakeholders to achieve local customization and market adoption.

Short Description

  • Design, execute, and report on multichannel, integrated campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, and provide customer insights with a focus on business growth in IoT and other emerging sectors.

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, forecast, track, and analyze performance against targets, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with engineering, sales, product management, and key partners to develop and execute marketing deliverables including collateral, communications, digital assets, social media, PR, content, and other tactics associated with B2B marketing best practices

  • Execute a series of ABM programs leveraging intent data and through regular cadence strategic engagement and alignment with sales leads and account owners.

  • Manage the logistics for key industry events, exhibits, and tech fairs including identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing messaging and post-event reporting

  • Understand key customer segments and develop a linkage with Voice of the Customer program outputs to refine messaging, core value proposition, and campaigns

  • Collaborate with BU, Segment, and Center marketing resources to execute the logistics associated with the successful completion of Integrated Marketing campaign deliverables

  • Support close partnerships with distributor partners to better support business growth in distribution. This includes driving programs and ROI to proactively drive sales

What your background should look like:

  • BA/BS – preferably advanced education and/or coursework

  • 5+ years of marketing and, communications experience in a Business to Business or technology company

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Project management skills including managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously

  • Experience in integrated campaign development/management

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with event planning and execution

  • An innovative thinker and creative problem solver, the ability and willingness to challenge the status quo

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of forging excellent relationships at multiple levels of an organization

  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

  • Familiarity with Eloqua and Salesforce.com is a plus

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $118,900 – $178,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
