Our Security Division is seeking an Administrative Officer 1 to officiate PA Lottery drawings and ensure their security and integrity. DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position you will coordinate and conduct day, evening, second chance, and other drawings either on-camera or behind the scenes in accordance with prescribed lottery procedures, rules, and laws. This includes scheduling and recruiting lottery witnesses, utilizing lottery computer systems, and assisting in the training of new drawing officials. Determining the speed with which duties can be executed accurately and multi-tasking are key skills for success in this position's unique responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to conduct special research projects and provide recommendations based on your conclusions. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch, 10 out of 14 days in each pay period. Weekends and holidays are worked on a rotating basis. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must have the ability to learn new computer systems. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
