ManpowerGroup Warehouse Auditor in Middletown, New York

Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Auditor to join their team. As a Warehouse Auditor, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Auditor

Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $21.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:15am-5:00pm & Friday 8:15am-3:00pm

What's the Job?

  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse production processes, including picking, packing, and shipping activities.

  • Evaluate workflow efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Assess the quality of products being processed and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

  • Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and production staff to develop and implement process improvements.

  • Proven experience in quality control or auditing within a warehouse environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.

  • Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in a warehouse setting.
