About the Team:
The Associate Director - Cybersecurity, will lead a team of subject matter experts and delivery managers to realize the migration off of and shut-down of legacy IAM platforms.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess an innate drive and attention to detail that will aide the identity and access management program in its realization towards new, standard OOB tools, while shutting down and decommissioning legacy HW/SW. The Associate Director - Cybersecurity, reporting to the Director - Cybersecurity, will be expected to work closely with their peers and counterparts in ensuring program coordination and cooperation as the Identity and Access Management team works to modernize, rationalize, and streamline our enterprise IAM solutions. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of the IAM platforms and how those functions will move to new platforms. As a leader, the candidate will be expected to ensure their team works diligently with speed and efficiency to align with the goals set forth by executive leadership in AT&T's technology modernization journey.
This job has Cybersecurity direct reports and may supervise contractors, vendors and or partners.
Required Skills:
-Degree in cybersecurity or related field
-8+ years supervisory experience
-7+ years identity and access management experience
-Ideally familiar with existing IAM tools and technology used by the AT&T IAM team today
-CISSP or other relevant certifications desired
Education:
Preferred Masters degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Cyber Security related fields.
Experience:
Typically requires 8-10 years experience.

Our Assoc Director-Cybersecurity, earns between $174,100.00-$261,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
