Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Position Overview:

We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This role is crucial in the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC turning and milling machines to ensure accurate production of parts. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Understand and interpret specifications to determine necessary machine adjustments.

• Monitor machines to ensure they produce parts within the correct tolerances.

• Maintain proper output and efficiency while ensuring machine accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience operating CNC Turning and Milling Machines.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with various raw materials used in machining.

• Attentiveness to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.

• Reliable commute or plans to relocate to the Middletown area before starting work.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour
