JOB REQUIREMENTS: Support Services Quality Specialist - 36364 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled 8 hour days, Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely from most states. Approved Remote Work States Listing We are seeking a Support Services Quality Specialist: to: * Review and monitor patient calls to ensure quality interaction and compliance requirements are consistently met across the department. * Assist with implementing and identifying new processes, procedures, and workflows to help further improve efficiency and quality. * Provide coaching and training support in relation to patient interactions and experiences.
