Description We are looking for a Manager of Quality Assurance to join our team based in Middleton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be implementing quality control systems, managing quality control personnel, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality of our products and services in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure product quality and safety

• Lead quality assurance procedures and oversee quality control personnel

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality

• Conduct inspections and create reports outlining production quality

• Manage quality documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 9001 2008 and AS9100

• Ensure safety standards are met, adhering to OSHA safety protocols

• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team to keep up with industry advancements

• Utilize CNC equipment for quality control purposes

• Coordinate with different departments to implement quality control measures

• Handle any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality Assurance managerial role.

• Hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment.

• Demonstrable experience in QC - Quality Control.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 2008 and AS9100 standards.

• Proven ability to conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and their application in a manufacturing setting.

• Knowledge of Osha Safety standards and regulations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
