The Middlefield Banking Company Loan Administration Specialist in MIDDLEFIELD, Ohio

The Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties integral to consumer, mortgage and commercial loan servicing.    The duties include review of and maintenance to core bank data systems, including third party software input and FHLMC loan system entry as well as supporting the daily functions alongside other team members in the Loan Administration Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurate and prompt administration of specified loan servicing activities, including, but not limited to, system entry and secondary market (FHLMC) reporting; post-closing, quality control auditing included
  • Backup and support the daily reconciliation of loan specific general ledger accounts
  • Tracking all post-closing collateral and document exceptions
  • Research and resolve internal and external loan servicing requests, including loan payoffs.
  • Administration to the servicing of assigned commercial lending commitments/ relationships 
  • Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable State and Federal banking regulations
