DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance - Maintenance Technician
SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the condition of the facilities, m inor mech anical repairs and re-builds . This individual is also responsible for f abrication and project work when requir ed .
RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform PM and minor mechanical repairs * Change oil and grease machines * All building maintenance and repairs * Develop troubleshooting skills and techniques for equipment repairs * Responsible for maintaining lock out tag out procedures * Responsible for maintaining the facilities infrastructure, both internal and external * Fabricate, build equipment and components for projects * Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area * Perform all other duties assigned by Management team
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE * High school Diploma * 3 to 5 years Maintenance experience required

WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment that may have high noise levels, dust, chemicals, oil, and grease. Ability to work in an environment that may be either hot, cold or humid.
