Under general supervision, the Helpdesk Analyst will provide support to end-users. They may interact with networks, desktops/laptops, peripherals, and applications to correct problems and identify issues. The Helpdesk Analyst is not just responsible for the initial contact and support of the end user community, they are required to take ownership of tickets and exercise a broad range of technical and problem-solving skills, investigating, researching, troubleshooting, escalating and/or resolving issues in an efficient manner. We require a minimum of two years' computer-operations experience, preferably in a Windows environment, knowledge in MS Office products and document management support, and client-server networks. Some knowledge of Mac and Linux is beneficial, but not required.
