Solution Architect

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Solution Architect that will assist us in our mission by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions and help architect solutions for various Aeroseal software products. This role is crucial in helping our organization define, design, and implement software products that align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments as well as Aeroseal's customers to gather requirements, create detailed software specifications, prioritize features/ functionality for the Software team, and build software product roadmaps within an Agile framework

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.

• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and the ability to align solutions with strategic goals.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.

• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans for non-technical audiences.

• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus among various stakeholders.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving business outcomes.

• Technology:

Awareness of current technology trends and the ability to assess their relevance to business needs. Ability to align technology solutions with business strategies and objectives. Good knowledge and experience with application architecture, algorithms and programming languages

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units, engineering, Aeroseal customers and the development team, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and addressed.

• Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to align software product roadmap with business strategies and goals.

• Requirements Gathering: Lead efforts to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they reflect the true needs and priorities of stakeholders.

• Solution Conceptualization: Develop high-level solution concepts that align with business objectives, without diving into the technical implementation details.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of software requirements, system architecture, design decisions, and implementation plans.

• Agile: Work within an Agile environment, facilitating collaboration and adaptability throughout the project.

• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring that expectations are managed effectively.

• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks to business initiatives and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies

The estimated pay range for this role is $90,000-$125,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
