Job Title: Lathe Machinist $28-34/hr -- Springboro, OH

Job Description

• Set up and operate CNCs and Smart CNC Machines with Funuc and Mitsubishi controls.

• Operate multiple machines simultaneously (usually 3), with run times varying from 5 minutes to 40 hours.

• Deburr own parts as needed.

• Hold tolerances of +/- 0.5.

• Make slight adjustments to G&M codes.

• Use micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality.

• Work with titanium, aluminum, bronze, copper, and steel alloys.

Shifts

• 3rd shift 11pm to 7:30am

• Monday Friday

Musta Have

• Machine Set Up: Ability to do 3+ set ups per shift independently

• Tooling: Ability to set tooling independently

• Blueprint: Ability to read/interpret blueprints and drawings

• Precision Measuring: Ability to use micrometers and calipers
