Our client, in Miami, OK is seeking a Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience and mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Lead

Location: Miami, Oklahoma

Pay Range: $17 and above DOE

What’s the Job?

• Directly responsible for leading the shift of Production Operators to ensure work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner

• Coordinates daily production schedule

• Learns processes and observes machines and equipment for malfunctions

• Performs production duties and fills-in as required to relieve employees for breaks, absenteeism, and vacations.

• Leads 5S activities through the shift

What’s Needed?

• Must be able to operate, understand, and transfer knowledge of all machinery and equipment

• Must be able to communicate workplace hazards

• Forklift certification required

• Excellent communication, written and verbal

• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office products required

• High School diploma or GED required
