Robert Half Marketing Assistant in Miami Lakes, Florida

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant role based in Miami Lakes, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining proposal support databases, coordinating with various team members to prepare content for proposals, and assisting in various administrative and marketing tasks. This role will also require the individual to work across multiple platforms such as digital, print, and presentation to create materials that effectively communicate the firm's value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain proposal support databases containing project information, imagery, resumes, etc.

• Work closely with various team members to prepare content for proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral

• Identify sources of information and coordinate submissions for proposals

• Maintain quality results by using templates and following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone

• Assist in coordinating and maintaining marketing files including certifications, registrations, CRM database, correspondence, data, and other relevant materials

• Interview technical staff and subsequently edit/write resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, copy for web, brochures, and print, etc.

• Support additional administrative and marketing items based on need

• Use CRM and database tools to manage and organize information

• Utilize various analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing Assistant role or similar

• Proficiency in CRM and database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics

• Proven track record in creating effective advertisements

• Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness

• Experience in designing brochures and other promotional materials

• Proven experience in campaign planning and execution

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to prepare and present proposals

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
