Description:

As a Sr Product Designer, you'll collaborate closely with a talented team of designers, engineers, and product experts to address unique challenges faced by internal and external users of our clients digital ecosystems.

We seek designers who are also tinkerers, dreamers, and makers, dedicated to innovation and new technologies. 5+ year of enterprise experience required

• Product Design: Utilize your sr expertise to influence and enhance the design of various digital products, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality customer experience that aligns with our brand identity and meets user needs.

• Prototyping and Iteration: Create high-fidelity prototypes and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, ensuring a polished and refined final product.

• Design Systems: Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints and teams.

• Communication: Articulate design decisions and concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Data-Driven: Utilize data insights to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences, ensuring that every interaction is optimized for maximum impact.

• Elevating User Experience: Strategize, brainstorm, and implement key features to enhance digital and experiential products, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journey.

• Flexible and Adaptive: Thrive in ambiguity and change, adapting to evolving organizational needs while maintaining a high level of performance and creativity.

• Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design leads, product managers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders to deliver end-to-end digital experiences.

• Advocate for Excellence: Champion changes, refinements, and continuous improvements to maintain the highest quality design, including validation on shipped products.

• Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor junior designers and interns, imparting knowledge, and guidance to nurture their growth and development within the organization.
