job summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Receiving Clerk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, and will be comfortable making decisions and taking initiative in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders. Sort and organize items within the warehouse, ensuring accurate storage locations. Record and report shipment quantities to management. Assist with palletizing and preparing items for storage or shipment. Help with general warehouse duties, including loading/unloading trucks and inventory management. Use warehouse management software and Excel to track and log incoming items. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Make decisions regarding inventory placement and shipment accuracy. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills. Experience in palletizing and other warehouse-related tasks. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Spanish-speaking skills due to client communication needs and drivers. Ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.

work hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
