Position Overview

The Inventory Control/Quality Assurance Auditor ensures the accuracy of products delivered to customers by validating outbound loading processes. Responsibilities include investigating errors, verifying warehouse inventory using handheld devices, handling obsolete inventory, and adhering to SOPs.

Job Description

Location: 3300 NW 123rd St. Miami, FL

Compensation: $18 per hour

Schedule: 11PM - complete

Description

• Operate electric pallet jacks to unload & load outbound customer orders

• Use handheld scanners to match physical products to orders and verify counts.

• Investigate and correct discrepancies in product counts.

• Communicate data to Ops leaders and correct errors.

• Conduct cycle counts and update inventory via handheld

• Resolve inventory variances and validate code dates

• Audit inbound receiving paperwork, & Lift audits per the SOPs.

• Respond to buyer requests for inventory checks

• Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)

• Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)

Skills:

Physical abilities: You may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, and lift objects from 20lbs to 60 lbs.

Years Of Experience

2 years of experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and software preferred
