Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring services are provided as per contractual obligations and service levels are met or exceeded

  • Work closely with Client Service Manager and Technical Account Manager to ensure efficient account operations

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals

  • Interface with senior level client executives for strategic planning and reporting

  • Participate in budget management and cost control for accounts

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics

  • Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies

  • Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary

  • Provide regular status updates on account performance to internal and external stakeholders

  • Lead technical teams, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with minimum of 3+ years in a similar role

  • Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles

  • Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership

  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

  • This role is onsite in Miami, Florida

Technical Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience leading implementation and delivery of Device Management service delivery model

  • 5+ years developing and delivering image management solutions

  • 3+ years experience implementation and delivery experience with the following technologies and tools:1e / Tachyon, Tanium, SCCM, Endpoint OSD Imaging, JAMF, MS Windows (Server, Desktop), server virtualization, Symantec Endpoint Management, WLMT

Performance Metrics

  • Support revenue, margin and cost objectives for the account

  • Contract compliance (SLAs, audits, risks, service governance

  • Productivity (LPI , right shoring, automation, lean, adherence to DXC standards

  • Operational discipline / Excellence (billability, utilization, rotation, compliance, risk governance

  • Employee engagement (skills development, trainings, certifications, succession planning)
