The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing B2B accounts within the wholesale rose market. This role involves maintaining existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate is passionate about flowers, has a deep understanding of the wholesale industry, and possesses proven sales skills.

salary: $36 - $40 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the wholesale market, including cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our rose varieties, seasonal availability, and industry trends to effectively educate and advise customers.

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering solutions tailored to each customer's needs.

  • Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on performance against targets.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, orequivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the floral, agriculture, or related industries.

  • Understanding of the wholesale business model and experience managing businessaccounts.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
