Regis HR Group Inside Sales Representative in Miami, Florida

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trailer, automotive, industrial, or boating sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.

  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.

  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by utilizing strong selling skills and closing techniques.

  • CRM Management: Update and manage the CRM system with accurate customer information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.

  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales revenue.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales team, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, products, or services promptly and professionally.  

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the trailer, automotive, industrial, or boating sectors.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.

  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for meeting client needs.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with products in the automotive, industrial, boating, or trailer industries is highly desirable.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a bilingual sales environment.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Experience in cross-selling and upselling related products.
