Robert Half is partnering with a Miami immigration law firm seeking 2 immigration attorneys with 2+ years’ experience to join its team. The position is on-site with schedule flexibility. These immigration attorneys will handle motions, appeals, and complex legal strategies, ensuring exceptional client support and justice. Base salary up to $150,000 plus Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off.

Responsibilities:

• Develop appeal strategies and review denial decisions.

• Coordinate legal strategies with team members.

• Manage case filings and deadlines.

• Review and edit USCIS submissions.

• Research legal issues and prepare briefs and motions.

Requirements

equirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Active Bar license in good standing.

• 2+ years immigration law experience.

• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills.

• Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
