Description We are in search of a Human Resources Generalist to join our team operating in the industry of Financial Services. This role is based in Miami, Florida. As a Human Resources Generalist, your key duties will include maintaining and updating employee records, managing benefits and onboarding processes, and handling employee relations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing and maintaining all employee records using systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian

• Overseeing and managing the entire onboarding process for new hires

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits and other HR functions

• Building and maintaining strong employee relations through effective communication and problem-solving

• Utilizing ATS for efficient management of hiring processes

• Managing benefit functions, ensuring all employees are properly informed about their benefits

• Regularly monitoring and updating HCM as necessary

• Utilizing strong communication skills to address and resolve any employee concerns or issues

• Ensuring all HR practices adhere to compliance standards

• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for accurate financial record keeping. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software for HR-related tasks

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now software

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Proficiency in using Ceridian software for HR tasks

• Comprehensive understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management)

• Ability to manage and oversee benefit functions

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated knowledge in maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures

• Experience in managing employee relations effectively

• Proven experience in managing hiring processes from start to finish TalentMatch®
