The Facilities Supervisor for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for ensuring building and property maintenance is performed timely and accurately to provide a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the Miami associates.

This position is part of the Facilities Department located in Hialeah and will be on-site At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Facilities Team and report to the Facilities Manager responsible for The Miami sites buildings, infrastructure maintenance, and administrative support services for the Miami sites. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Leverage leadership, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Oversee coordination and completion of approved Facilities capital projects.

  • Coach and develop a team of technicians.

  • Use DBS to foster a Kaizen culture enhancing safety, efficiency, hygiene, and sustainability.

  • Assess equipment and maintenance schedules for effectiveness.

  • Support operations in manufacturing products that enhance patient care and diagnosis.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant technical education)

  • Minimum 5 years of Facilities experience

  • Minimum 2 years supervisor experience

  • Managing Projects

  • Proficiency with MS Office and Teams

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • HVAC

  • Building automation or controls experience

  • AutoCAD
