Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and developing effective sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.

• Write and design compelling email content, ensuring compliance with best practices and data protection regulations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to create valuable content that highlights successes, best practices, or problem-solving approaches.

• Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

• Research and analyze market data to stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging content strategies.

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, including engagement metrics, user feedback, and market research.

• Support the Director of Marketing and the Project Manager on all marketing initiatives.

• Develop strategies to nurture and engage leads through the email marketing funnel.

• Manage email lists, ensuring compliance with best practices and data protection regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Ability to work with databases

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights for social media marketing

• Experience in creating and managing advertisements

• Proficiency in data analytics

• Demonstrable experience in blogging for promoting brand awareness

• Knowledge of campaign planning and execution
