Job Title: Compliance/Training Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance/Training Coordinator to join the team of a growing medical manufacturer. This role is integral to supporting the employee training processes in adherence to the mission, values, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The successful candidate will work to ensure the training files meet all state, regulatory, and AATB requirements. You will also provide vital data to the Training Systems Manager to evaluate the success of the training program.

Duties will include managing the Learning Management System, aiding in the onboarding process of new hires, creating training schedules, maintaining training records, and performing periodic audits of training processes. Furthermore, you will co-manage the document control system for training materials and assist employees with registration and preparation for professional development certifications and exams.

Hard Skills

  • Management of the Learning Management System

  • Training schedule creation

  • Training records maintenance

  • Auditing of training processes and documentation

  • Co-management of the document control system for training materials

  • Knowledge of appropriate regulatory, statutory, accreditation requirements, and current Good Tissue Practices

  • Reporting all variances, errors, and deviations

  • 3+ years of HR or Administrative experience within a regulatory manufacturing environment

  • Bachelors degree is preferred

Soft Skills

  • Supporting employee training processes

  • Providing data to evaluate training program success

  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires

  • Assisting employees with professional development certifications and exams registration and preparation

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Miami, Florida (may have the opportunity for 1 day/week remote).
