Insight Global Assistant Property Manager in Miami, Florida

Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. The client manages over 5,000 properties globally. This person will be responsible for administering the day-to-day site financial and operations matters for a region of the client's properties. Pay range $18-$20 an hour.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Lease Administration or Property Management related roles.

  • Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.

  • Ability to work with a ticketing system

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite. Experience with SAP, SAP or lease management software (Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, Costar) null
