The Department of Pediatrics at the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine is seeking a full-time physician in the Division of Neonatology to pr ovide medical care for neonates in on a 24 hour 7 days per week rotational schedule. Candidates will have clinical duties as a Neonatal Attending in the Neonatal Services at Jackson Main, Jackson South and Ja ckson North Hospitals providing:

• A ntenatal consultation for high risk pregnancies

• Care and stabilization of infants in the delivery room

• Conduct daily rounds on patients in the different neonatal units

• Administrative duties within the division and the Newborn Service

• Teaching of residents, fellows and medical students

  The position also requires development and participation in original research either clinical or translational for which extramural funding should be sought .
