Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. If you have a strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.

• Record payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers.

• Process and post payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.

• Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.

• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.

• Support audits and provide necessary documentation as needed.

  Requirements

• Proficiency in [ERP system, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.]

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
