Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Brickell, Miami, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Brickell. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and Excel, and will be responsible for managing the company’s payable processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including coding, verifying, and posting invoices in QuickBooks.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

• Assist with month-end closing activities by ensuring all accounts payable transactions are accurately recorded.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all payable transactions.

• Generate and analyze Excel reports related to accounts payable activities.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
