Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Miami, Florida. This role is crucial for managing invoice processing for multiple companies within our organization. The position will be fully onsite and will require a candidate who is adaptable and comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities:

• Processing a high volume of invoices for 5 to 8 different companies within the organization on a weekly basis.

• Using technology to process invoices in different ways in a timely manner.

• Engaging in data entry tasks related to accounts payable.

• Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks.

• Performing account reconciliation tasks.

• Executing check runs and coding invoices.

• Being coachable and comfortable with using CMIS software, training will be provided.

• Communicating effectively with other team members and stakeholders.

• Adapting to different invoice processing methods, as required.

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrated ability in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs

• Skilled in Coding Invoices

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle software

• Experience with QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP software
