Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) duties

• Process customer deposits

• Reconcile customer statements

• Issue monthly A/R status reports to management and each location

• Send customer statements as needed

• Process vendor payments

• Maintain A/R and A/P statements in good standing

• Reconcile any disputed items

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
